Infor Talent Management is a very useful Human Resource Tool for organizations to strategically align to the strategic needs of the employees. It covers the entire life cycle right from shortlisting, on-boarding, upskilling and talent enhancement. It also has specific sections to record the employee wellness and career tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The unique feature of Infor Talent Management is the ability to fit an employee's profile to relevant roles using in-built algorithms and talent analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The app needs lot of improvement in the scope. It crashes a lot of times and lacks responsiveness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are an organization looking to revamp the HR management with a reasonable employee engagement application along with advanced tracking and automatic algorithms, then Infor Talent management can fit your bill.
