What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Because it has the ability to produce excellent and effective reporting Infor Omni-Channel Campaign Management stands out in a fast-paced working environment where we must quickly examine data from several sources. We previously utilized another tool, but it was not performing as expected, so we took the choice to switch to this Infor product, and we are happy we did.

I think Infor Omni Channel Campaign Manage has an easy-to-use user interface and makes creating workflows simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the more cutting-edge and adaptable email applications I've tried utilizing Infor Omni Channel Campaign Manage which is excellent. I've used several well-known solutions, but utilize Infor Omni Channel Campaign Manage. Has been my top choice. Numerous features give users alternatives for workflows and segmentation. The user interface and template generator are likewise superb and satisfy our demands. They offer the best customer service I've ever experienced with a product I've used in the past.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Data fields for Infor Omni Channel Campaign Manage user profiles are practically indestructible. For the time being, there is no method to remove a data field that you unintentionally created. As a result, user profiles contain a ton of useless information. We had to create something utilizing their API in order to monitor emails sent per recipient.
