What differentiates Greenlight Guru QMS from other similar products?

Greenlight Guru (GG) is a good platform to initiate the QMS implementation process. However, it is often heavily marketed in a way that may lead management, especially those without a QMS background, to believe that purchasing the software alone will automatically fulfill regulatory and quality system requirements. In reality, significant groundwork is still required from each organization. Processes must be properly defined, documentation needs to be developed, and the system must be carefully configured to align with the company’s specific products, regulatory pathway, and operational structure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The traceability aspect of the product and Jeera integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization and effective implementation is not as easy as GG markets

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The QMS package provided with the GG purchase could have been much better. The support from the client services team can be improved to help the practical Customization and effective implementation

The software is supported by medical device professionals at Greenlight. They have a better picture of Medtech customer needs than othe providers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Design and development tracing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost. Hard to convince start ups to invest that amount of money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan on moving most of your processes if not all to Greenlight. Take advantage of all the features.
