What differentiates Greater Giving from other similar products?

Has more dashboards with more customizations for events

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the page builder which makes it easier to build fundraising pages and event pages without writing any code

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing can be so expensive especially when you plan to use the online payment gateway

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is helping us in fundraising and does not require more technical knowledge

What differentiates Greater Giving from other similar products?

Greater Giving has the best customer care team who makes sure you understand the tool well through product demos and online meeting before you can onboard and start using the tool which is not the same case like other tools that does not have this kind og service

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easier to set the campaign and launch it without any need to pay for any money before the campaign can be live. I also like the early settlement of the money raised from Greater Giving through either Bank transfers, Stripe or PayPal without much paperwork

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool is good and works well but unfortunately does not work in all countries hence limiting where you can fundraise from which affection donation goals

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easeir and safer to use and there is a lot of protection the funds

What differentiates Greater Giving from other similar products?

They offer professional support through live chat and even in zoom meeting until you get used and understand their tool, their onboarding procedure makes them a good tool for anyone to trust because you get all the demos you need to understand the tool and onwards, you get a free trial

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the free integration of online payments like Stripe, PayPal and Card payment making it easy to collect donations online from different countries and regions. Also a professional customer care team who responds to questions on time when you contact them, makes me love the tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any issue with the tool yet, it serves well my purposes and support is available to assist at anytime

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good to try out for fundraising for your projects online.
