Features that let GoTo Meeting stand out in the market are the Call Me Feature, through which the attendees receive a phone call to join the meeting. Also, it lets to join meetings even if you do not have the app or the account. For me the is the one of the best platform I have ever used for meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoTo Meeting does provide all basic web and video conferencing features like Meeting and Cloud Recording, Meeting Transcriptions, One-Click Meetings, Join via Browser, etc. but I love how it has gone forward with advanced features like Breakout Rooms, structured with organizer control, facilitating us in parallel group discussions. Another great feature is Calendar Integration, which literally schedules meetings automatically. One more feature that has made it easier for us is In-Meeting File Sharing via the chat panel directly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app does occasionally crash during long calls, which disturbs me a bit whenever I am away from my desktop device.

Before any important meeting, I would highly suggest one to use the GoTo Meeting Diagnostic Tool for pre-call checks, which lets you test audio, webcam, and screen sharing, and internet stability.
