Many capabilities but not intuitive

What differentiates Frontline SIS from other similar products?

The Gradebook is supremely easy and helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gradebook and student access for grades is very simple

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not at all intuitive on reports or pulling certain information and trying to get help from the IT group is not easy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to have the organization train you on everything you could possibly need because trying to find where to go to do administrative tasks can be very, very difficult. It's also been historically much more effective to have our principal contact vs. any other staff member based on how the rest of the staff has been treated somewhat "brushed away quickly" compared to our principal calling for support.
