What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
Effectiveness of their teams and procedures. When you need help, you are talking the the right people immediately.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quick isolation of attacks both locally and in cloud tenants. Access to reports. The ability to ask for added features and they will consider the changes. Talking to real people. Knowing what needs to be patched.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes a bit noisy. ARO's are sometimes redundant but still important. I would like an option to customize the way the come in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do not wait. This service is a business saver. I have seen too many clients wait too long and only seriously consider Cybersecurity after an attack on their business.

Ease of use. Quickly glance at ARO's to determine next course of action for troubleshooting issues.

Licensing portal is a little clunky. Would like better pricing on higher tier seats

Full MDR product protecting end points and cloud. The latest AIDR tool is great for detecting unwanted AI tools.
