What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?

Different from other tools, this tool provides an easy way to monitor and mange my company’s security without having to deal with a complex user interface. However, the feature that can be greatly appreciated is its capability to identify the risks of intrusion and act in response to them promptly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With what I have personally enjoyed about Field Effect MDR is its flexibility when it comes to my company. One can set the preferences depending on one’s needs, which is rather helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nevertheless, I would like to have seen improved in the aspect of the technical support team, it is relatively slow in terms of reacting time. At some point, I have had to wait for assistance to be accorded to me than anticipated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That being the case, I must say that I would encourage and endorse Field Effect MDR to any organization that seeks to defend itself against cybercriminals. There are many reasons why this approach is better than the others: it works, it’s simple and can be adapted.
