What differentiates Esker Accounts Payable from other similar products?
Esker is very easy to use and has a very clean simple user interface. easy to implement and takes less training to learn it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Esker helps me in processing invoices when the number of invoices are very high. Now no need to enter every details manually. It helps me in tracking the status of invoices whether paid or not. Now I can see where the invoice is whose approval require or who have approved the invoice where multiple approval required. Customer support team helps very effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes for Esker. Everything is good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just go for it without second thinking for your invoice processing.

Esker Accounts Payable makes handling invoices way easier. It uses smart tech to grab and sort invoice info automatically, works smoothly with your existing systems, and lets you approve stuff from your phone. It also helps spot fraud and keeps everything clear with simple dashboards. Basically, less manual work, fewer mistakes, and more time saved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I really like is how you can do stuff right from your phone. If you are out and about, you can still approve invoices or check what iss going on, no need to be stuck at your desk to do work. It just makes the whole process way more flexible and stress-free.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it would be that the setup can take a bit of time, especially if your current system is a bit messy. It is not hard, but getting everything connected and running smoothly might need some patience and help from IT.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are thinking about using Esker, I would say go for it, but take the time to plan your setup properly. Make sure your current invoice process is clear, and get your IT or finance team involved early on. That way, you will get the most out of it from day one. And do not be afraid to lean on Esker’s support, they are actually super helpful. It is a solid tool, especially once everything in place.

What differentiates Esker Accounts Payable from other similar products?
To be honest, Esker AP is like having a smart assistant on my team. I simply scan or upload invoices, and the AI learns our peculiarities, so more than 80% of the time, it processes them automatically without my intervention. Suppliers enjoy checking their portal status (no more emails asking "where's my payment?"), and it's simple to get early-pay discounts. Additionally, connecting it to our ERP required zero-code and took less time than my lunch break.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The one‑click dynamic discounting—seeing early‑pay opportunities pop up and snagging real savings in seconds, with zero extra effort.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial setup took a bit longer than expected, especially with custom configurations, but once it was up, it’s been smooth sailing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To be honest, Esker AP prevented us from becoming overwhelmed by paper trails and emails. Invoices essentially run themselves once they are set up, but it's not magic. No approvals are "lost," and we no longer inquire daily, "Did you see that invoice?" After you get beyond the initial learning curve, you'll question how you ever got along without it. Simply be prepared to reconsider the way your AP team operates; Esker will guide you in a more constructive manner.
