Cost was one, without losing features, also ease of use for the end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ease of administration and overall uptime without incident

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is lacking in creating one off adhoc reports

Do your homework, evaluate a few products, ask questions, I'm sure you'll decide con Condeco

I do not recommend the meeting room panels or Exchange integration, however everything else is great!

What differentiates Eptura Engage from other similar products?

Condeco badge access created efficiencies for impromptu meetings. Can see meeting room status by looking at the control panel / display to quickly find an open room.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and streamlines meeting room booking. Floor layouts and Outlook calendar compatability were key to reduce administrative time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The badge access had issues which required users to enter their password to book the meeting rooms when not working resulting in lost efficiency and frustration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that badge capabilities are working to optimize the benefits of the system.

Workflows and Notifications Ability to automate cleaning notifications, scheduling and other key messaging.

Multi Device Capability Book using mobile, tablet, desktop, kiosks or via a web portal.

Custom Search Ability to find colleagues, amenities, floors, desks etc/ to aid in bookings.

Workspace Maps/Floorplans View floorplans from an interactive map to visualize capacity, customize desk assignment types (assigned, flexible etc.), and view availability.
