What differentiates Diligent Boards from other similar products?

It bundles up a lot of different modules and makes them available to ensure not just governance but also collaboration. There is a lot of board information that can be made available if you purchase those bundles.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We always have the latest and most up to date version of the Baird packs available at the touch of a button. Even if it was updated minutes before. No emails not multiple copies not old versions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bundled product which means different licences have different functionality. This means all functionality can be expensive however it’s bundled in such a way that you could purchase stuff you don’t need or not be able to afford one part because it’s part of a larger bundle. The ability to break these down would be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the minimum functionality you require and get value from that. It’s easy to add more functionality after if required. This way you are not paying more for features you are not using while you are sttting up the basic board governance.
