What differentiates Conga Contracts from other similar products?

Conga contracts make it easy for us to bundle all the clauses for different contracts we use like NDA, Work made for hire, foreign license, etc. Also, contract negotiation has become very easy. Redlines and true-up are amazing features. Easy Integration with Salesforce and we use conga sign and Conga composer to generate contract document to make it more efficient. The Conga solution is designed to help organizations streamline the contract management processes, increase visibility and control, and improve collaboration and productivity.

Redlines and true-up are amazing features. Easy Integration with Salesforce and we use conga sign and Conga composer to generate contract document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We don't dislike anything in the conga contract. For us, conga has made life very easy for our legal team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes we recommend others using conga contracts. Conga contracts make it easy for us to bundle all the clauses for different contracts we use like NDA, Work made for hire, foreign license, etc. Also, contract negotiation has become very easy. Redlines and true-up are amazing features.

What differentiates Conga Contracts from other similar products?

Lower cost, easier to implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very similar to Salesforce

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks AI implementation. For examples, I haven't seen a repository of clauses. Product could offer AI integration wherein the redlined document could be easy to locate and dealt with. The product could even offer suggestions to different counsel. For example, let's assume, the company (vendor) has an NDA template that refers to California as the governing jurisdiction. However, an attorney may allow New York, UK, etc. to replace the specific venue. If attorney's are allowed to choose these prerequisites, the counterparty could just plug away to their liking and this would reduce the back and forth between entities and save a lot of time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Research what you like and what you envision your company's future. Consider the complexity of the software versus the capabilities of your entire organization.
