The presence of real-time visibility, an integration protocol engine, and hybrid/ cloud flexibility differentiates Cleo from other data integration tools available. Also, it has eliminated the requirement for full-time monitoring gracefully.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has modernized our ecosystem with its cloud-native infrastructure, which not only holds self-service capabilities but has also managed our issues with great flexibility, and the supply chain system has also been streamlined. The data visibility works as a transparent sheet between customers and partners, which boosts our loyalty for sure. Choosing Cleo for our data integration has been a great decision so far.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The real-time integrations sometimes misbehave when exposed to a larger number of workflows.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
Cleo is an all-in-one integration platform. Where other competitors focus on one or two areas, Cleo combines several platforms such as iPaas, MFT, and EDI into a single platform. It also facilitates both small and large-scale businesses with extensive integration and customizable workflow. It can deal with a large volume of transactions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has been an excellent choice for us as we were looking for versatile and trustworthy software to manage our data integration requirements. It is very favorable for the hybrid environment which enables the transition between cloud and on-premises conditions. It tailored industry-specific solutions such as retailing, logistics, and manufacturing. In this way, it provides a quick setup to align with the specific requirements of the business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cleo Clarify is successfully excelling in many zones, however, its some areas that are causing hurdles in smooth working. Talking about its interface, which is feature-rich but at the same time, its navigation is overwhelming for the beginners of our organization who are unfamiliar with its working before.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cleo is indeed a powerful software, but to fully leverage its features, it is important to execute it with proper planning. For this, it gives the opportunity to its users to explore its customer support, consulting services, and training materials for desirable outcomes.
