What differentiates bTrade TDXchange from other similar products?

TDXchange provides a user-friendly web interface, making it easy for our non-technical clients and partners to securely log in and exchange files. It also supports ad-hoc file sharing with non-registered users, which has been a game-changer. For our more advanced needs, TDXchange offers seamless integrations with other cloud solutions and applications for programmatic data exchange.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One feature that’s been particularly useful is the Outlook plugin, AttachGuard. It automatically secures email attachments and transmits them through TDXchange, eliminating the need for manual logins while ensuring secure file exchanges directly from our inbox.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great if TDCloud included an AI chatbot to assist us with performing certain operations and help with some specific questions. However, we’re aware that bTrade is already working on integrating this feature in future updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to securely exchange data, put TDXchange high on your list of considerations. It’s really a great product.

What differentiates bTrade TDXchange from other similar products?

One of the most impressive aspects of TDXchange is how features are controlled by licenses. We started with a basic set of features and, as our needs grew, we simply reached out to bTrade to obtain new licenses. This seamless process allowed us to unlock additional features without needing any product upgrades or complex installations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adding new trading partners and configuring integrations with new systems is straightforward. Despite not being a technology-focused company, we found the process intuitive and hassle-free.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing...It is the best of everything we evaluated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We fairly recently acquired TDXchange for our Managed File Transfer needs, and we couldn't be more impressed. The standout features and user-friendly interface make it an exceptional choice for any organization, especially for those not particularly tech-savvy.
