What differentiates BIC Platform from other similar products?

I have not tried other similar tools, but this one in particular works well for my processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about this system is that it is also a collaborative tool, its IT infrastructure management functions and its low-code workflow engine makes it quite functional and easy to integrate with existing systems, it is a tool with a friendly interface which facilitates the administration of the same with technology professionals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no problems, I like everything for the moment

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it for companies that are growing, that do not have technological systems that monitor in real time because this solution can help them.
