It doesn’t just track metrics—it motivates teams with scorecards, leaderboards, and competitions that keep reps engaged. The coaching and performance management tools also make it more complete than basic reporting dashboards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Ambition is the gamification. The leaderboards, scorecards, and competitions make performance tracking more fun and motivating for the team, which helps keep everyone engaged.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the platform can feel overwhelming to set up, and it takes a bit of time to fine-tune the metrics and dashboards so they truly match our goals. The interface could also be a little more intuitive for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Define your sales goals and key metrics before implementation to get the most out of Ambition. The platform is powerful, but you’ll see the best results if you customize the scorecards and competitions to match your team’s culture and objectives
