It's a Vietnam-based product so they have a Great understanding of Vietnam accounting process, easy to use and dedicate support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

akaBot's user-friendly interface and customizable workflows make it easy to adapt to specific needs. Its seamless integration with existing systems enhances efficiency. Overall, akaBot has become an invaluable asset, allowing senior accountants to focus on strategic tasks and contribute to the company's success. Making 10 minutes/invoice to 2 minutes/invoice is something I mostly appreciate!

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. They should enhance real-time processing. akaBot could benefit from optimizing its processing capabilities to handle unexpected invoices promptly and deliver within the same day. 2. Intelligent exception handling mechanisms would allow them to effectively handle unforeseen scenarios or discrepencies in invoices. 3. Finally is dynamic workload management: something like automatically prioritizing and allocating resources based on the urgency and complexity of invoices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should ask for more details on automatic processes.
