One thing I noticed about AdRoll ABM is its focus on reaching the right audience instead of doing general promotion. The targeting feels more accurate, and it helps in understanding which people are actually relevant. This makes the overall effort more meaningful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is how it helps in reaching the right audience and not just doing random promotion. It makes my work more clear because I can focus on people who are actually interested. I also like the reporting part, as it clearly shows how the campaigns are performing. This helps me take better decisions and improve my outreach for health-related content in a more practical way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a small learning curve at the start,. So far, the experience has been smooth and I have not faced any major issues while using it. The overall workflow feels practical and manageable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest having a clear idea of your target audience before you start, because this platform is mainly built for reaching the right people in a more focused way. If you understand who you want to target, it becomes much easier to get value from it. Also, spend some time exploring the features in the beginning. Once you get comfortable, it works well for improving reach and connecting with a more relevant audience.

The journey stages feature allows me to track where my target accounts are in the buying journey, from unaware to sales-ready.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that it gives me a clear view of my abm funnel. I can see how my accounts are progressing and where i need to focus my efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit difficult to define the journey stages for your business.
