Given the massive and growing fragmentation of data, apps, and business processes in enterprises today, our mission is to help companies integrate and automate at least 10 times faster than traditional tools and at a tenth of the cost of ownership.

What differentiates Workato from other similar products?

It helps us manage data, automate processes, and connect several applications to ensure accuracy. Its unique features include the integration with several important software with the availability of in-built libraries. It also comprises many other powerful tools including Salesforce, Workday, SAP covering a high range of uses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being an iPaaS, it offers a feature that helps in streamlining the workflow, minimizing the manual tasks, thus enhancing overall proficiency. One of the most attractive and my favorite aspects is the availability of 'recipes'. It is a set of series that guides us about the use of data, its process and how to move it. This is done without requiring any code and by simply using the interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is a Cloud-Based software with promising features in it. It offers very minimal and unimportant offline options. To use its important features in the absence of the internet is impossible. This unavailability halts the flow of work. We are not able to integrate it from any place that lacks the internet. This thing is clingy to smoothly finish our work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this software to everyone who is seeking for any strong and powerful software for the process of automation and integration. It is one of the top-tier platforms in iPaaS, with a long list of useful features such as integration with several applications, user-friendly features, and AI-based features. In short, it is an extensive and scalable tool to excel our work.

Workato's design in the cloud means you don't have to handle stuff on your own computer. It's accessible from anywhere, making it easy to grow as your needs increase.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workato puts the power in the hands of everyday business users, not just tech experts, letting them create and control automated workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workato keeps changing and getting better, which is good, but it means that sometimes businesses have to adjust their automation processes and scripts when new things are added.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use Workato's smart automation tools to find chances for automation, make workflows work better, and let it automatically do tasks by learning from the data and patterns it sees.
