its ability to handle large webinars and enterprise-level virtual events with stability. Being part of Cisco, it offers strong security and reliability, which is a big plus for corporate environments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It performs well even with a large number of participants. Features like attendee management, moderation controls, and structured event hosting are quite solid. From a developer standpoint, it’s dependable when you need something that just works without frequent crashes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI feels slightly outdated compared to modern tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Also, the overall user experience and onboarding for new users could be smoother.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re hosting large-scale webinars or corporate events where security and stability matter most, Webex Events is a safe choice. But if you prioritize a modern UI and smoother user experience, you may want to explore alternatives.
