What differentiates VuNet vuSmartMaps from other similar products?

The software is way better than other counter applications in market as it integrates business related observability functionalities with the use of artificial intelligence and adaptive learning driven insights and connects IT performance to business outcomes. It provides live analytics and can process large data, easy to ingest and integrate to multiple sources. It provides dashboard to customize for action insights.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most favorite aspect includes: > AT and ML integration > live insights and analytics > integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most disliked aspect includes: > costing > complex initial setup > advanced training content is not extensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My Recommendation would be the following: > Make sure it is in line with the business and IT needs > Might need proper planning for first time setup and data source integration > Use Training and Support
