UiPath is standing high against its competitors by optimizing our approach against repetitive work, like turning extended manual processes into effective, intelligent automations that ultimately scale across our enterprise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how I can alter automations according to the particular use cases by using the attended and unattended bot options. Moreover, I like that UiPath has allowed us, citizen developers and engineers, to communicate via the same automation architecture.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have found the bot's runtime management misbehaving and getting complicated when a number of bots compete for resources.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By implementing unattended bots, you can perform back-office automation effortlessly. Plus, I would suggest that you adopt the UiPath marketplace for ready-made components and connectors.

It has given me transparency over tasks and makes me stay competitive. I am relying on this platform like a digital coworker. The ROI is accurate and measurable for sure. My team can work fast and generate a minimal number of errors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It automates the boring stuff for me by making the workflows run faster and smoother, and helps me cut manual errors effortlessly. I use the automation feature to prepare client reports last minute with unmatched accuracy. I no longer have to bug my team for small tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integration part doesn't work so effortlessly. I have even encountered bots breaking after software updates.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?
The support is amazing and the product has lot of features compared to all the other tools in the market
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part about the product is the UI. it is so simple and also really good with legacy application automation. I love the healing agent where it will fix the selectors and also the orchestrator where we can manage the robots and we get the insights about all the robots and infra. The product support is also really good, as soon as we create a case with UiPath their support team will swing into action and resolve the issue.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The license is bit complex and costly compared to other RPA products in the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will definitely recommend UiPath over other RPA products
