What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

The graphic interface is fantastic. Not overly complicated. Lots of rules to have recurring reminders with options to bulk upload tasks (as long as you have the template).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GUI is easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of true IOS integration. I would love for this to integrate with Siri and have full functionality, but too many of my items that I use Siri to add in now go directly to the reminders app. It's free, but if todoist could make that seamless then I would go back to paying for it again. They also used to have an Alexa integration that made kitchen work super easy... "Alexa, add sugar to my grocery list" and boom - it was in todoist. That integration is no longer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're trying to get organized, Todoist will 100% help. It's great with projects, recurring tasks, etc.

Organizing any task and just forget with Todoist..

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

The thing that really sets Todoist apart is its natural language processing. You can type things like “every Friday at 3pm” and it will schedule them exactly when you mean. It feels like cheating! Also, the collaboration features are amazing – they’ve saved my life on more than one group project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I swear by Todoist – it’s like an extension of my brain! I can throw all my tasks in here, set due dates, and boom – no more stress. And there’s nothing quite as satisfying as ticking off those completed tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe it could be a little more customizable for people like me who want everything their own way all the time but that’s just nitpicking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There’s a free version of Todoist so you can test the waters. But trust me, once you’ve had a taste of what it’s like to have all your tasks laid out in a beautifully organized fashion.

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

easy to use and fit for personal to-do lists and is cheaper for example compared to Asana

the best thing is that this product can be accessed offline and automatically connects when one goes online

while others are well known this tool is not known much. I would say the other tools for example Trello and Asana are widely known and are often considered more than this tool. there is a need for it to be marketed more,
