Its versatile combination of AI-based automation, budget-friendly, and e-commerce-friendly features, make it stand out in the market. Its Lyro AI chatbots recognize natural languages, thus making it able to reply to them accordingly and automatically. This reduces the overall workload. Unlike other basic rule-based bots, it continuously learns from the collaboration of the customers to improve the response rate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way it deals with diverse language-based customers and gives those satisfied answers automatically is exceptional. It also minimizes the need for manual responses by developing itself with time. It is an ideal platform for all types of e-commerce platforms and businesses. It automates customer support without demanding any high budget and technical skills.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Few lacks is making it a little bit tough to deal with. For example, it offers limited AI training personalization. AI chatbots are very helpful but in some tasks, we cannot train them deeply according to our data based on previous conversations. This would be beneficial if AI custom training.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Tidio is a great platform for e-commerce stores as it highly supports sales marketing and customer support. One needs to evaluate the needs and demands of their work to operate it in the best way. Also, focus on initial training for positive outcomes.
