What differentiates SolarWinds Serv-U MFT Server from other similar products?

In our organization, we use SolarWinds Serv-U MFT Server to assist with large files transfer and i like how it facilitates the interchange of data between one personnel and theirs. The wizard allows us to create quickly and easily new user accounts. It is used internally when working with other vendors to provide a more secure way to transfer large sized files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Implementation of SolarWinds Serv-U MFT Server was very easy and fast and so far there isn't any problem in managing it. I like the desktop icon which allows us transfer of files with no interaction from us thus allowing us to work on more pressing issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the support team is a hassle. Nothing much to mention here.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend SolarWinds Serv-U MFT Server.
