First it has a free trial that helps one learn how it works Second it is easy to implement and has good customer support that helps you along the way during implementation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Integration feature It easily integrates with PMS or Channel Manager for efficient service delivery. EPOS, CRM, Accounting and many more services are included in integrations

What do you dislike most about this product?

It serves the purpose so no dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this tool to every Hotel and Resort for improved service delivery, increased ROI and customer satisfaction
