What differentiates QorusDocs from other similar products?
Anyone can house content. QorusDocs' use of Smart Fields and Templating set it apart form the others. QPilot is now taking us to another dimension. I'm confident that we'll get to the point, in 2025, where we press one button and the RFP response will be created right in from of our eyes (interactively and with the appropriate guardrails). I like to tell people that QorusDocs' QPilot will help "answer with you, not for you!"
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everyone loves the Assignments and we are all beginning to love QPilot. We're getting smarter together every day!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of anything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Narrow the field to a handful of vendors, then ask each for a sandbox (to prove they do what they say they can do). That's what we did and I'm confident QorusDocs will prevail. One of our major decision points was for the product to NOT USE a proprietary DB in a cloud somewhere. We wanted the data housed here, onsite. QorusDocs sits on top of OUR own SharePoint on our own servers (managed and backed-up by our own IT)!
