Recognition, Perfectly reflects the processes of involvent

What do you dislike most about this product?

When i recognise anyone, and his manager is on holidays for example 3-4 weeks, noone other can approve / rekect, or i didnt met this situation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thoughtful, transparent and fair, and recognition improves people's productivity and motivates them to work more

What differentiates O.C. Tanner Culture Cloud from other similar products?

I'm not aware of other similar products, as we normally just to meals for some celebrations, retirement gifts, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to sum up points and exchange by a lot of recognitions (gift cards mostly).

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my region there is only gift cards available, so it could have even more partners for the cards. I also don't like that recognition points expires.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great way to standardize recognition processes across a company, for most of the activities that are completed throughout the year, so other kind of recognitions (as physical gifts) are less needed and less of a burden to think about them. One stop shop solution. Make sure that your company have enough budget or clear rules to avoid awards not approved for too long.
