This is quite a good price for the quality. A great solutions if you are starting in the E-Discovery world. Great technical support.

Ease of use. Functionality feels intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the look of the platform. Easy on eyes and color coordination. I also like use of graphs to show progress on projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not sure that there was a feature that I used that I disliked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Client support was big and unexpected. If you are concerned about using a new product, feel comforted that NextPoint will be invested in your support.
