What differentiates Miva from other similar products?

How robust the features are, as well as the customizability of both the front-end and back-end.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ability to be customized

What do you dislike most about this product?

Yearly cost increases - not mine, but as reported by mutual clients. I've lost several when they moved to other platforms due to the increases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Technologically it's a great platform with high extensibility. Security is of utmost concern., which I also appreciate (as I know I do as a shopper). The community is excellent as well. The company has good longevity, having been around for 30 years, if not more.
