What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up and configuring automation tasks, especially in hybrid environments, can be complex. Users might struggle with configuring hybrid runbook workers, setting up proper authentication, and integrating with other Azure services.

Cloud integration is favourite aspect for me for this product as well as it's hybrid environment support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Azure automation can be complex for setup and manage for small IT teams

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you heavily rely on Microsoft environment then you must consider this product. Also it involves scripting in Powershell, Python and JS.
