What differentiates Keeper from other similar products?

It stores not only my API keys but also SSH credentials along with all other technological secrets. It has helped me securely store and manage files and sensitive credentials across devices with a zero-knowledge architecture. It provides advanced encryption to keep everything safe and secure. Compared to other available platforms, it offers SSO, team sharing, and centralized security controls, all through a single platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love its emergency access feature through which only trusted contacts are able to access my vault in case of need. It synchronizes securely across all my devices in real-time. I really admire how its dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, both on desktop and mobile apps. I find it easy to set up, import passwords, and start securing my account immediately and effectively. Organizing passwords is also interesting. I love to manage them in different folders while categorizing them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While working with Keeper, not regularly but occasionally, Keeper’s browser extension fails to auto-fill or auto-capture credentials on less common websites or custom-built platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kepper is a secure, scalable, and easy-to-use, highly recommended tool. You should regularly enable and review features like dark web monitoring for proactive security.

What differentiates Keeper from other similar products?

Keeper never has access to our encryption key or stored data, unlike other vendors. All encryption and decryption take place locally on our device. Keeper keeps a strict zero-trust policy. It is more than just a consumer tool by offering advanced features for integration with SSO providers and role-based access control.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Keeper for its zero-knowledge encryption, which means not even Keeper can access stored credentials. Its mobile app is excellent for speed, biometric login support, and even operates with banking apps. It allows us to securely store our data straight within our vault and adds extra utility beyond just storing passwords. Its clean and advanced interface is appreciated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The frequent logouts disrupt our workflow, even when the session’s expiration is set to a longer duration. Moreover, it is giving excellent services and has become a valuable planform for our organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keeper is great for those who value security, file storage, and dark web monitoring. It is suggested not to avoid the initial security setting as it is the major differentiator from basic software.

The fact that MFA is required for every login attempt, regardless of if the username is valid, eliminating a source of information gathering.

The scrolling can be a bit of an issue if there are too many records
