Good Product with Good Price but lack of suppport

What differentiates Jaggaer from other similar products?

Price is good. The feacture is similar with the others. Now is lack of support as the company is downsizing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

eAuction and the sourcing part. The integration is also ok for using but need to check with the API from both Jaggaer and your legacy/current system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Now the supporting service is not enough and the company is closing down some of their regional hub.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Need to ensure the service and identify who's the owner of support from Jaggaer before you decide to sign the subscription contract.
