What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
It has no differentiators.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can answer just about anything, if you can figure out where it is and program it for your needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very difficult to find anything/not intuitive at all. Proper setup is necessary in every aspect or you'll pay the price later. Don't expect the same answer from their client support services.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get all the pricing up front because they don't keep your contracts for each module together. Do all the programming you'll ever need upfront, even if not using that portion of the system yet. Expect to be confused at all times and have difficulty finding items like reports, documents, etc. There's no way to favorite or bookmark pages you visit a lot.
