More Than a Timesheet: Hubstaff’s Place in HR.

What differentiates Hubstaff from other similar products?

Hubstaff has turned out to be exactly what we needed to stay on top of our workforce operations. In manufacturing, where shifts and workflows change constantly, having a reliable way to track time and monitor activity is invaluable. We’ve been using Hubstaff for over a year now, and it’s made our scheduling and payroll processes far smoother than they ever were with our old manual systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the biggest advantages for us is the GPS tracking. With multiple sites and employees working across different locations, it’s helped us ensure that time records are accurate and tied to actual work on the ground. For example, when we scaled up production last quarter, Hubstaff helped us track overtime and make sure we stayed compliant with labor laws—all without adding extra admin overhead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there’s room for improvement. For instance, the notifications can be a little overwhelming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hubstaff’s biggest impact has been on our payroll process. We’ve cut down on errors and disputes, which saves a surprising amount of time every month. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with the other software we use, which makes the whole system feel like it’s working together rather than in silos. It’s not just a time-tracking tool—it’s become a core part of how we manage our workforce.

What differentiates Hubstaff from other similar products?

With Hubstaff, we effectively monitor employees while time tracking and this makes enhancing productivity easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's an easy to use tool and I would say Hubstaff meets needs as an employee monitoring software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Never had issues with Hubstaff. Always deliver.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For employees monitoring, I don't know a better to than Hubstaff. I recommend it fully.
