What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

At our organization, we use Google Vault to search through data and find strings of emails using keywords.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a data retention policy which is very useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The export feature took me a while to figure this out to the point where I could be efficient with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps save a lot of time and effort.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

We deal with contracts, change orders, and tons of communication – gotta keep it all safe and organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Vault takes the pressure off managing massive email archives in-house. It's all stored securely in the cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Searching through archived emails can be a bit clunky at times. You gotta know what you're looking for to find it efficiently

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company relies heavily on email communication, Google Vault is a solid choice.
