It equips employees with suitable skills that arise from technology trends. Gloat has increased production with and accelerated innovation from the workforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software has maintained firm performance over the last one year and I am really impressed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the perfect tool for empowering teams with efficient skills that arouse quick growth and I totally recommend it to other enterprises.

What differentiates Gloat from other similar products?

The gloat team is very knowledgeable and professional, and provides excellent support. They have a lot of resources to help any organization. Their product is also very staright forward & easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The usability of this platform itself; the functionality, APIs + data feeds availibility, partnership with change experts to provide guidance, providing feature requests to improve the platform productivity. Also provides truly open and honest interactions with the candidates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The downside of gloat is that some of the opportunities will not show to those employees that have not filled out their skills or profile completely according to hiring needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an emerging technology but be prepared to get some cutting edge functionality, but also be prepared to iterate your rollout and solutions with them.
