What differentiates Gimmal Discover from other similar products?

It provides good support for document management and gives varied capabilities to make sure our documents are safe with the right ownership. Also the UI is user friendly. Definitely will recommend this to others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way we are able to manage the documents is exceptionally great and we can restrict user from downloading and making changes to the document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing as such to dislike but there could be more training from product team to make sure we use the right tags.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best product in the market when it comes to document management and it provides broad range of features to manage and grant access to the users.

What differentiates Gimmal Discover from other similar products?

There are unique features while we started integrating it with SharePoint where we many documents and it’s easy to tag a meta tag and makes documents safer where no one can download and amend at the same time, not till that only users having privileged access can edit and amend them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to add tag to files and that helps to secure documents as no one can delete and download or even amend it at the same time you have the capability to add new tags in the list with the rules and I have using it from long time and integrated with sharepoint where we millions of documents from different region with there respective tags safe and sound on our sites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s not much to dislike but there could be one thing as in terms of ownership and training level.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I feel users should choose this any day over any software and integrate it with there respective technologies to make sure there documents are safe and sound with the right people with the right level of access . Not only limited to your outlook but a level more where ever you open the document in any tenants .

What differentiates Gimmal Discover from other similar products?

Gimmal works with different kind of storage resources like 0365 SharePoint which i personally use and also with many cloud platforms and their file shares services and with the traditional systems too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mostly i like all aspects of this product since it protects confidential data while performing better eDiscovery searches across the files and quickly and easily locate contents and also perform required classification of data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike if the cost of the product is not the concern in your organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

product is bit costly but worth using if your organization's primary goal is to focus more on data integrity, compliance and to mitigate the risk.
