What differentiates Citrix Digital Workspace from other similar products?

Simple and easy to use once setup is done, provides fast connection for remote desktop access, has functions such as password management, suitable for both on premises or on cloud.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows to connect to the client and server app from remote location. it reduces dependency on traditional VPN. can route and deroute data traffic through private link. Zero trust network access that will provide only granular access. It also provides data loss prevention that is very helpful in maintaining sensitive data safe from being leaked.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it doesnt let to login to remote work server and hangs if there is high traffic. Regularly disconnects and reconnecting can be a total hassle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Product provides a secure environment where we can open client files without raising any flags on the client side since they are the ones maintaining the system.
