What differentiates Bitdefender GravityZone Endpoint Detection and Response from other similar products?

Option to back up bit locker keys. Still voted the best av for businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Protection, best level of security you can buy. Once you get used to the interface it's a great av for any business or IT MSP.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Interface can be a bit confusing, some options are not where you would think they would be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When setting up for your clients, make sure you edit the firewall with their local IP network address. As this can block printers from working and network discovery.

What differentiates Bitdefender GravityZone Endpoint Detection and Response from other similar products?

An Endpoint Detection and Response tool with great feature in the comitative price. We can integrate the addon application from their apps library.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The EDR tools with clean dashboards and investigation and responding to it is done in one place. We can give threat feed manually with the meta data. Automated response link blocking the malicious process and denying a suspicious traffic so that the impact is avoided in real time. They have a resources section where a user can educate regarding latest cyber security knowledge and learn how to use the product in the efficient way. Deployment of the EDR tool is easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Admin user need to educate themself to properly deploy the Bitdefender GravityZone Endpoint Detection and Response on the premise. In person training is not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An EDR tool with automated response is always better than having only a SIEM tool because on real time the cyber attacks can be defended.

What differentiates Bitdefender GravityZone Endpoint Detection and Response from other similar products?

Bitdefender has distinctive features that make it stand out. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and change settings to deal with potential threats. O

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One feature I like about it is its real-time protection against virus, malware, and phishing attempts. It readily detects possible threats and notifies you ASAP. I also like Bitdefender because of its frequent updates to deal with emerging threats. Other features I like include optimization tools, Wi-Fi security checkup, and proactive approach to security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bitdefender is resource consuming especially when running full system scans. It consumes a lot of memory (the RAM) reducing the performance of my devices. I have also received notifications for false threats. So it can indicate that a file is infected while that is not the case. Setting up also requires some skills.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitdefender is a proactive solution to security threats. You only need to involve an expert to adjust the security settings for better protection.
