What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I just like the tech. I think its really funny to see the look on everyone's face when they walk through the door! lol.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Love that its always ready 24/7 for any visitor we may have
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would just tell people to give it a try. It adds a special touch to any new modern office space.

What differentiates ALICE Receptionist from other similar products?
They are a smaller company so they truly value and care about their client.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is what it is. I like that it isn't the most convoluted system to figure out and use. Not the most advanced 'receptionist kiosk/software' type deal, but that it does exactly what we need it for. Logging who comes in, notifying the party they are visiting, and printing them a badge.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only downside as of right now is on the kiosk, visitors need to accept a terms of service for entry, and you can't altogether remove this. There is a slight delay before it allows you to continue in an effort to get people to read terms of service, and you have to scroll all the way down. This isn't even the fault of the product to be completely honest, it just results in me getting a lot of calls that it is "broken" when really people are just impatient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want reception software / kiosk and love great service, but don't need a million bells and whistles or an exorbitant price tag, go for it.

What differentiates ALICE Receptionist from other similar products?
There are really not a lot of other products designed as a receptionist, as opposed to a call answerer, for business. ALICE is designed to be a replacement for a human receptionist. It greets visitors, connects them with the proper employee, and handles the requirements to allow them entry to your facility.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that visitors can connect with employees, speak to them by phone (built-in), and acknowledge required forms for entry, all without having to dedicate an employee to sit at the front door.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you are hosting a large event with numerous guests, the process to preregister all the attendees can be a little intimidating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Realize this is a replacement for a receptionist who handles guests coming to your business for a visit, not someone who handles the phones, too.
